Medical Summary Microchip scan: negative S: BAR older neutered male dog O: BAR older neutered male dog. Missing many incisors. Canine roots are exposed and discolored, possibly decaying. Molar arcades are heavily tartared. Incipient nuclear sclerosis. Ears appear nomal. Ambulates on all 4 legs. Soft, non-painful abdomen. Appropriate integument, although some nails appear more worn than others. Neurologically appropriate. NSF on auscultation of lung fields. Holosystolic murmur ausculted more loudly on left than right side. A: dental disease. Valvular disease. Nuclear sclerosis. P: recommend complete geriatric diagnostic workup after placement, as well as dental cleaning/evaluation and evaluation for cardiac medication.
