A volunteer writes: “What a pretty lady.” This is the first thought that comes to my mind looking at Frick, a sweet Beagle in our care. Besides her lovely clear eyes, her shiny black truffle of a nose and her magnificent tricolor coat, her ears, really steal the show. They seem to be her true voice, dancing a harmonious ballet around her head. Frick appears shy at first, but comes around quickly when she sees that she is on friendly ground. She accepts a scarf easily and poses nicely for pictures. Frick is a good little walker and does her business on the way. She loves treats (in expected Beagle fashion) but is not overweight, just perfect and so beautifully dressed. She almost sat on command and did place her forefeet on my lap for some petting. Frick was a bit shaken up when she arrived at the care center, but she bounced back and looks forward to meet and greet. She is quite a gentle and friendly damsel and such a pleasure to look at. Come and meet her soon right here at the Manhattan Care Center. Frick so would love to be someone’s little girl.
