Objective P = 120 R = 20 BCS: 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear OU, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: mild staining PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: male intact, both testes descended and symm. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, matted, unkempt hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: matted haircoat Plan: shave/groom continue to monitor at BACC Prognosis: good SURGERY: okay for surgery
