For a New Family to Know: Fluffy is described as friendly, affectionate, playful, confident, and excitable with a high activity level. The two thing his previous owner liked most about him were; he’s very active and sweet. When his previous owner was home he would tend to stay in his favorite spot. He likes to play with balls or chew toys. He was kept indoors only and at night he slept in his dog bed. He ate dry Ang. He is house trained but had accidents a few times a week if not walked. For the past 2 weeks when left alone he ate a hole in a wall but never did it before and is usually well behaved. He knows the cues sit, down, and stay. He was walked 4x’s daily and on leash he pulls hard. Behavior during intake: While in his crate Fluffy had a crouched body and was showing whale eye. He growled once when I approached. He came out of the crate slowly and ran to the nearest corner. He allowed me to put a leash on him but his body was still crouched. After speaking to him softly he had a wagging tail and his body was more relaxed. He began to jump up for attention when I said his name. He took treats gently and allowed me to pet him. He rolled over and showed his belly and allowed me to give him a belly rub. He gave kisses and allowed me to collar him as well. He also allowed me to pick him up and carry him.
