A Staff member writes : Finn is extremely emaciated and dehydrated with a low red blood cell count, which means he will need a transfusion. Due to his condition he is extremely weak and cannot stand. He will need a full work up to determine the cause of the low blood cell count and his inability to stand, whether it’s from an old injury, internal injuries, or something else.
For more information on adopting from the NYC AC&C, or to find a rescue to assist, please read the following: http://urgentpodr.org/adoption-info-and-list-of-rescues.
