Medical Summary Scan negative Intact male 9 year old The patient is stable. No vomiting, diarrhea, coughing or sneezing. Geriatric. Intact male Calm. Good with people. Friendly. Sensitive skin. BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes – conjuctivitis, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Dental tartar. PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Intact male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, limping from the left hindlimb, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, Dermatitis, some alopecia. CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Not taken. Assessment- geriatric, conuctivitis dermatits, alopecia HW- negative vaccine given Microchipped activyl topical RAdiograph is recommended. Waived for surgery. Prognosis good
