Medical Summary Microchip: negative Sex: intact female Age: appx 12y Mentation: QAR, slight dehydration (tacky mm) Eyes: oapcity, normal PLR and menace but bumps into objects (possible a gait issue, cannot make turns easily) Ears: clean Nose: no d/c Teeth: missing some teeth, noticeably bottom right canine, heavy tartar and staining on remaining If abnormal BCS: muscle wasted but WNL Skin: WNL Hair Coat: WNL, unkempt Declawed: N/A Any injuries: no, slow and deliberate gait, will stiffen and fall, limited ROM, weakness x4, attempts to stand while paddling, possible arthritis vs other skeletal issue (appropriate mentation, “episodes” do not seem neurologic) Behavior: allows all handling but generally disinterested in handler Medication: N/A, preventatives given
