Medical Summary Is in stable condition Resting in his cage Did eat 1/2 a can of A/D BCS=2.5 Possibly has 3rd degree burns running down his entire back. Some of the skin fell off. It mainly occurred when he would shake. Eventually, the rest of the skin on the burn site is going to have to come off. If deemed burns then it appears that something was poured down his back No other burn sites seen It’s also possible the back was degloved due trying get under something. Reported to be with the finder for four hours and was suppose to go to the vet. However, the finder changed his mind and brought him to Bx ACC Intact male Scan negative for a microchip About 5 years old Eyes are clear Nose= No discharge Ears= did not assess Teeth are intact with mild tarter Will apply SSD through out the burn area Activyl was withheld Pyrantel was given Plan of Action as per on call Dr.: Administer SQ fluids 100cc tonight–Ongoing 375 Clavamox BID for 10 days. (1st dosage started tonight) 1.1ml of Hydromorphine and Rimadyl Da2pp was administered but all other vaxes were withheld E- Collar Will be kept in medical for further observation. If patient gets worse in anyway the on call Dr. will be notified
