DOG-DOG INTERACTION ASSESSMENT: Summary PLAYGROUP: When off leash with dogs at the Care Center, Elbe displays soft body language when greeting a novel male dog. She solicits and engages in gentle play, spinning her rear end around when the male attempts to mount her. MEDICAL BEHAVIOR: 4/10/17 During her medical examination, Elbe was friendly and social, she allowed all handling. ENERGY LEVEL: We have no history on Elbe so we cannot be certain of her behavior in a home environment. However, she is a young, social dog who will need daily mental and physical activity to keep him engaged and exercised. We recommend long-lasting chews, food puzzles, and hide-and-seek games, in additional to physical exercise, to positively direct his energy and enthusiasm. RECOMMENDATIONS: Average (suitable for an adopter with an average amount of dog experience)
