Medical Summary scan: neg. sex: female, intact (open pyometra) est age: 11yrs S/O: Dog is BARH (no lethargy, vomiting, or diarrhea) T-101.9 BCS 7/9 Grade 3/4 dental dz EENT – moderate amount dark waxy debris AU; NS OU; serous nasal discharge, stenotic nares; elongated soft palate Heart/lungs – difficult to auscult due to referred upper airway sounds Abdomen – tense Purulent discharge from vulva, dried discharge on tail App+++ A: Geriatric underlying – Otitis externa AU, Moderate-Severe dental dz, Open Pyometra; Brachycephalic P: Inform NH, needs OVH ASAP (permanently waived from surgery at ACC due to age), bloodwork performed at rDVM shows mild neutrophilia with left shift; came with Clavamox 250mg – 1 tab PO q12h, continue; add Baytril 68mg – 1.5 tabs PO q24h PROGNOSIS: Good with sx
