Medical Summary 04/14/16 11:45 Scan : 985112002234708 Sex: spayed Approx 8 yr S/O: BAR, friendly. Marked periocular edema, erythema, with multiple superficial abrasions. Multifocal small patches of alopecia on lateral abdomen and hind limbs. Skin has very mild urticaria, with scaling at some of the patches of allopecia A: Ddx: Allergic reaction, chronic allergies, mild pyoderma. Geriatric. P: Administered 1ml diphenhydramine 50mg/ml IM. Will start oral benardyl, cephalexin and rimadyl. Recheck last day of rimadyl and in two weeks. PROGNOSIS: GOOD
