PROFILE:
Drizzy is a 6 year old male white and brown Shih Tzu mix; he came to the family from a pet shop, and is being surrendered due to Landlord issues. Drizzy has a possible cryptorchid, but no other health issues or injures. He has not been to vet recently.
Around strangers Drizzy is friendly and outgoing but could be mouthy when he is playing with a toy. He has been around children of ages 8 month old and 3 years old, and relaxed and playful. When Drizzy sees another dog he because tense and stay away from the dog. Drizzy has no bite history.
Drizzy will growl if someone touches his food bowl, and isn’t bothered when someone tries to pick him up he isn’t bothered. During Bathing Drizzy is very tense and tries to run away. When an unfamiliar person approaches the home he barks at first but becomes friendly.
He was described as friendly, affectionate and play by his previous family with a high activity level. Drizzy loves playing with stuffed toys, only stays indoors. He is feed dry and wet food 3 times a day. He is house-trained and goes on the wee-wee pad. When home alone he will scratch on the walls and chew any wood furniture. He has never been crate trained, and has never been off-leash.
