Rectal: na Assessment: 10 yr fs poodle mix alopecia – r/o previous flea allergy dermatitis vs food vs environmental allergies vs endocrine severe dental tarter
Prognosis: excellent w/ dental care Plan:rec: dental care. monitor haircoat cbc/chem/thyroid. SURGERY: N/A  ADDENDUM: CBC – mild non-regenerative anemia. CHEM – BUN 30, TProt 8.5, Glob 5.4, Chol 352 T4 – 0.9 – just below normal range. r/o nutritional, hypothryoid, euthyroid sick syndrome, dehydration, dental dz
