Medical Summary Microchip: Scanned negative Sex: Owner states animal is spayed, unable to find scar – dog resisted shaving due to proximity of tumor Age 13 years – owner has had dog since puppy Mentation: BARH, no inappropriate or neurological issues noted Eyes: Cloudy Ears: Clear Nose: Clear Teeth: Halitosis but teeth extremely well kept. Light staining and tarter only. If abnormal BCS: Skin: small skin tags and moles along shoulders and spine. Hair Coat: light matting around ears, second matt on abdomen may be covering additional mass. Declawed: No Any injuries: Mammary tumor appx 2″ caudal left abdomen. Beginning to ulcerate, appears non-painful. May be second tumor beneath mat on cranial left abdomen – animal resisted touch/shave in the area. Behavior: Greets, loves attention, food motivated, gives kisses, energetic. Appears younger than biological age. Medication: None
