Wart like surface Oral Exam: mod staining PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: spated–tattoo MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, matted CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: tumor left ear, matted Plan: recc excisional biopsy of ear mass Prognosis: fair. tumor is most likely benign but may regrow
