12/26/2016 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Dina is a big, beautiful, brindle sweetheart! She’s very friendly and has a wonderful unassuming way about her. Despite her size she has perfect leash manners and seems very mild-mannered in general. She loves treats and I think she knows “sit,” but sometimes her excitement gets the best of her and she’s like a kid jumping on a trampoline towards her tasty prize! She was found abandoned with another female dog and has displayed soft body language towards other dogs while in our care. She loves to go out and about, has been a little timid when we’ve encountered very loud noises (like a big rig revving its engine), and seems housebroken. She makes soft eye contact, is always wagging her tail, loves butt scratches, and is just really easy, awesome company! Even at many multiples of her current weight, I think Dina would still be worth it in gold…please come see her at Brooklyn ACC!
