Moderate brown exudate, AU ; Oral Exam: dc 3/5; pd 3/5; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: No murmur ausculted; CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated but difficult to palpate due to large size ; U/G: neutered male. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, but unsteady due to obesity; skin free of parasites, multiple subcutaneous masses throughout body. dermal hairless mass along the left ventrolateral abdomen; valgus, R TL ; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Rectal: grossly normal ; Assessment; obesity ; multiple masses — suspect lipomas, affecting mobility ; dental disease; otitis externa ; valgus, right TL ; Prognosis: fair ; Plan: weight management! placement ; SURGERY: already neutered.

Look: 1. Dog’s eyes are averted, ears are back, tail is down, relaxed body posture. Dog allows head to be held loosely in Assessor’s cupped hands.
Sensitivity: 1. Dog stands still and accepts the touch, eyes are averted, and tail is in neutral position with a relaxed body posture. Dog’s mouth is likely closed for at least a portion of the assessment item.
