History : found lying down in park by police officers Subjective: QDR Observed Behavior – lethargic, docile, allows all handling  BCS 6/9 EENT: OU-immature cataracts, no nasal discharge, ears clean Oral Exam: mm pk, tacky; CRT 2 sec; moderate tartar/staining PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: female; large multilobulated mammary gland tumor with cystic structure associated; mild serosanguinous drainage; multiple smaller lobulated mammary gland tumors in caudal glands MSI: ambulatory x 4 with bilateral, weight bearing hind limb lameness grade IV MPL on LH with chronic thickening of stifle grade III MPL on RH CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: not performed Assessment Dehydrated Mammary gland tumors Patellar luxations with arthritis changes Plan LRS 150 ml SQ SId x 3 days Convenia 0.4 ml SQ Cerenia 0.4 ml SQ SID x 3 days Okay to wait out stray wait but rec’d EHR if owner not found Prognosis: guarded to poor; concern for metastatic potential of multiple MGT SURGERY: perm waiver due to MGT
