06/12/2017 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Hey there Delilah, what’s it like in New York City?! When I first laid eyes on this little piece of charcoal, I thought for sure she was a puppy. Her little button nose, chocolate chip eyes, and forehead wrinkles that always make her look concerned give her a perpetual puppy look! And those ears! Oh my! They’re like antennas moving every which way, seemingly picking up signals from far away lands. Though Delilah may no longer be a puppy, she sure plays like one! She loves her toys, and will fetch them and bring them back and drop them on command. It appears Delilah has been a momma a number of times, and she even lived harmoniously with one of her male puppies. She reportedly gets along with kids, will jump right into the tub for bathing and is housetrained. Ask to meet Delilah, I guarantee you won’t be able to resist her!
