03/15/2017 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: DeeDee! This lady comes to us as a stray, so we don’t know much about her life before coming to us, but since arriving she has a history of winning over everyone that crosses her path; she is impossibly beautiful, charismatic and sweet! She pulls on the leash sometimes out of excitement, but is still very easy to handle, and her constantly wagging tail is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. She seems to have some housetraining, takes treats nicely (she already knows “sit”) and loves to play with squeaky toys. She has done very well with new people and new dogs alike, so much so that she’s attended our mobile adoption events and has been utilized to help welcome new dogs to our playgroups. She loves to be petted, wiggles full speed at staff members that exclaim “DeeDee!!” when they are fortunate enough to encounter her in passing, and will literally jump into my lap. She is such a darling, delightful, dollfaced dreamboat that I imagine her starring in an alphabet book for the letter D, but where she really belongs is your couch…please come meet her at Brooklyn ACC!
