A volunteer writes: Love. Love. Love. It was love at first tail wag (and second, and third…) when I leashed Dahlia for our walk. She’s all about making new friends, showing off her great personality and showing some love. Likely housetrained she went potty the moment we were out the door, and then her awesome leash manners made for a lovely walk to the park. And what does her tail do as we walk……….you guessed it! It wags! In the yard Dahlia showed off her sit for a treat which she takes gently, and draped herself in my lap for hugs and kisses. And what does her tail do as we snuggle…………you guessed right again, it wags!!! Dahlia tilts her head when I make silly noises at her, gazes at me with affection and fun in her eyes and I am totally in love with this happy, sweet girl. In her first group play she was wiggly in greeting and bouncy in play. She’s been a mom many times and is looking for a person or family with whom she can simply be a pampered pet. Kisses, hugs and tail wags abound when you’re with Dahlia, and if that’s high on your list of what you’re looking for in a canine addition to your family you must come meet Dahlia today.
