BCS=3.5; Scan negative for a microchip; Intact female; Abt 5 to 6 years old; Umblicial hernia; Mammory turmor vs Lypoma–Is soft and moveable.; Eyes are clear; Nose= No discharge; Ears are clean; Teeth have moderate staining with tarter. Partially due to underbite; Skin condition is good; Coat is clean—Freshly groomed; Dewormed with Pyrantel; Flea Treatment= Activyl; As of now no signs of CIRDC; As of now no V/S/C/D; NOSF; On a vet check
