Medical Summary 01/23/17 Microchip scan pos #00075ED5A1 O: BARH. mm=pink, moist, CRT<2 s. Social, allows all handling. ORAL: Mild gingivitis, calculus. EENT: Cherry eye OS. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhythmias. ABD/UG: Intact male. Palpation WNL. MS: Good body condition. INTEG: Full clean haircoat. Small amount of moisture and fur staining in facial folds. A: Cherry eye OS. Mild dental disease. P: Will need surgical correction of cherry eye – can be done at time of neuter or when has dental cleaning performed. Excellent prognosis.
