07/15/2017 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: “Cute as a button” is our little Crotona, tail waggy, sweet, snuggly, friendly and loves to cuddle and hang out on my lap. Moments after Crotona and I were on the street and Crotona had the chance to go potty, the skies opened up so we sought shelter on a door stoop to wait out the storm. The best cuddle buddy ever! Crotona loved cuddling close, buried his nose in my arm, only coming out to give me some kisses. He’s the perfect cuddler, calm and quiet, and I see him snuggled up on the couch with his new person choosing between Netflix and Dancing with the Stars! Crotona sits for treats, does the head tilt thing I swoon over, and takes his treats gently. When the rain stopped we head back, Crotona’s tail wagging as he shows off his nice leash manners. Crotona looks like he might have some Dachshund in his lineage, his ears, slightly elongated nose and body all speak to the fun of Ancestry.com! He’s already won the hearts of staff who told me how sweet he is and I agree! He’s a doll, the sweetest pup ever and hoping to find his place on the couch by your side. Come meet Crotona today!
