History : o surrender Subjective: reported 12 yo, but I would guess 8-10 Observed Behavior – shy but allows full exam Objective P = 100 R = wnl BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: pronouced underbite with discoloration of chronicly exposed front teeth. remaining teeth are very clean PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: reported spayed MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: underbite Plan no treatment at this time Prognosis: good
