Cookie
Hello, my name is Cookie. My animal id is #9627. I am a female black dog at the Staten Island Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 12 years old.
I came into the shelter as a owner surrender on 13-Oct-2017, with the surrender reason stated as animal behaviour – aggressive towards people.
Cookie 9627 is at risk for behavior concerns (New Hope Only behavior determination), including a multiple-bite history. She has bitten three different people in three different situations, and is also reported to guard food. We recommend placement into an adult-only home through a New Hope partner. Medically, Cookie is geriatric and has eye conditions (cherry eye, KCS) that will require treatment.
