A volunteer writes:
In the mood for something sweet and delicious? Meet Coffee Cake! Coffee Cake is a 10 year-old male Basenji and Min Pin mix, aka, basically the most magical combination of all time. He’s a good walker and a bit shy with new people but in no time at all will be following you everywhere and coming round for pets. Coffee Cake is 16 pounds, has some skin issues (possibly alopecia), and is a bit underweight. He also suffers from dental disease and gingival recession both not terribly uncommon in pups his age. Little Coffee Cake was left tied to a post before being brought into the shelter possibly abandoned due to his age and condition. But that’s alright. That just means the perfect family who’ll spoil and shower him with undying care and affection is out there waiting somewhere. Could it be you? Coffee Cake is waiting in adoptions at Manhattan ACC.
