Very active, attention seeking, allows all handling P = WNL R = WNL BCS 4/9 EENT: Nuclear sclerosis, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Significant dental tartar, mild gingivitis PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Female, 3 distinct masses at right caudal abdominal MG – 2 smaller firm irregular masses and one large soft mass more laterally; flat firm irregular mass at right caudal thoracic MG MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coatl overgrown nails CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Geriatric, dental disease, mammary gland tumors – right caudal MG may also have lipoma vs other Plan: no treatment indicated at this time Prognosis: Fair SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to age and mammary gland tumors
