Medical Behavior Evaluation RED
Medical Summary Limited exam (mostly visual) due to behavior Microchip: negative Sex: intact male Age: reported 4y Mentation: BARH Eyes: clear Ears: clean Nose: no d/c Teeth: minimal staining If abnormal BCS: underweight, closer to BCS 2.5 Skin: WNL, some small scratches to top of head (red, inflamed areas w/ little skin breakage) but appear to be from dog struggling on lead Hair Coat: WNL Declawed: N/A, slightly overgrown but unable to trim Any injuries: no Behavior: fractious, terrified of new surroundings and touch, will “alligator roll” on lead and snap (and make contact) with any object close to handler, struggles and then collapses out of exhaustion but still does not allow handling–vomited several times out of stress Medication: N/A, preventatives (withheld pyrantel until stomach settles)
