Medical Behavior Evaluation GREEN
Medical Summary Scan : Negative Sex: male Approx 12 yr S/O: BAR, nuclear sclerosis OU, dental disease 2/4. Moderate light brown discharge AU. Overgrown nails. Skin severe hyperpigmentation and lichenification, some scaling, moist exudate in some areas. Cardiothoracic auscultation WNL, abdoment tense on palpation. NOSF A: Geriatric, otitis externa, mild dental disease, deep pyoderma. Suspect ear and skin issues are secondary to underlying allergies or endocrine disease. P: Start otibiotics BID x 7 days, and baytril PO SID x 14 days. Would recommend antimicrobial baths if available. Recommend NH plea for placement. Coco should be re-examined by a vet to determine if continue antibiotic or antifungal therapy is indicated and to identify underlying cause of dermatologic issue. PROGNOSIS: FAIR
