Medical Summary Sex: Male intact Scan: Negative Estimated age: Reported to be 6 per client Fleas: No flea dirt. S: Quiet, moves slowly, sits very still, but no aggressive acts. Allowed all handling. O: QAR-H, BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist, CRT <2 sec EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Mild tartar PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No lesions noted. Dirt on fur (not flea dirt) especially on feet. UG: Male intact, testicles soft and symmetrical. A: Mild dental disease Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: 1. Gave pyrantel 2.5 ml and Activyl 22-44# during exam 1088
