EENT: Slight nuclear sclerosis OU. No oculonasal discharge. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhythmias. ABD/UG: Soft, non-painful, no masses/organomegaly. Spayed female. MS: Obese. BCS=8/9. INTEG: 1 cm skin tag below right eye. Several small (2-3 mm) pink growths on face. 3 cm perianal mass right side. A: Age 8 years. Obese. Mild dental disease. Growths on face likely benign adenomas. Perianal mass – r/o adenoma vs neoplasia. P: Rec. removal of perianal mass with histopath. Needs restricted calorie diet. Good prognosis with appropriate management.
