Oh my….this teeny tiny orphan. How could anyone abandon him….I would protect him with my life. I would like to think everyone else in this world would too…but sadly, there are so many heartless people out there. Just the owner surrenders and ‘strays’ coming into this shelter alone show how many animal dumpers are out there. Really sad.

Every owner surrender is trash to me. There ARE other options to re home a dog but the majority of these people dont care and want the quickest easiest way out. This tiny guy is a senior and scared & alone in there now! Please rescues scoop up COCO and all these tiny dogs on the Super Urgent list and help them find a safe place to be for now. Hopefully they will all get adopted or fostered through a rescue. This is a shame that any dog but these tiny dogs have to deal with this enviornment!

The NEW HOPE RESCUES need to step up and save more dogs! I am not implying anything bad. I just think that more dogs are facing euthanization and the rescues mission should be to save as many as they can.I don’t know why it has to be aNEW HOPE RESCUE when there are other rescues that could step in to help take the extra dogs in. If ACC really wanted to save animals they would work with other rescues and let rescues work together with other rescues like a network!

He is only 4 pounds! He should have had an exam on his tiny body already. I hope the rescue that has him has tended to this now.
