08/07/2017 PET PROFILE MEMO
08/07/17 13:29 Clyde is a large brown brindle and white large breed dog estimated around 2 years old. He was found with a female dog looking just like him, they were both tied up to a gate in a neighborhood in the Bronx found early in the morning. Behavior During Intake: Clyde had a very loose body, tail wagging and mouth open. He allowed all handling and jumped up and licked me at one point when spoken to with a high pitched voice. He scanned negative for a microchip.
08/14/2017 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Meet Clyde, the official friendship ambassador for the most adorably pouty duo at the Care Center: Bonnie and Clyde! It’s clear from his happy-go-lucky attitude that this party dude enjoys a social circle of both two- and four-legged pals, and his intake notes sum him up perfectly: ‘loose, wiggly and affectionate’ a.k.a. a total love bomb! Found with his lookalike sister Bonnie (A1121147), Clyde is by far the more confident and outgoing sibling, always ready to barrel his way to the middle of the party and solicit playmates with bouncing, running and plenty of tail wags. He seems an amateur at leash-walking, but gives it his best shot, and aside from a few brief spurts of zoominess post-poop and pre-dog greeting, he strolls quite nicely by my side. Treats are much appreciated and mouthed gently from an outstretched hand, and while photo shoots aren’t high on his list of fun activities, Clyde models a bandanna like he was born to it and stays patient as I try to snap some pictures that do his handsome looks justice. Now that he’s aced his behavior assessment and rocked his playgroup outings, this little cutie is ready to find a family as sociable, active and loving as he is. The Barrow gang may be no more but our Clyde is still hoping to steal something precious…hand over your heart today, and he promises to treasure it, and you, forever.
