Subjective: no history, animal has a large ulcerated mass on the RHL behind stifle, skin tags and smaller masses throughout, moderate dehydration; Eyes: clear, tear staining; Ears: AD has waxy debris, head shaking when touched; Oral Exam: mild to moderate staining; Heart: HR WNL; Lungs: RR WNL; Abdomen:WNL;Musculoskeletal:; emaciated, 2.5-3/9; Mentation: dull but alert; Preliminary Assessment: emaciated dog with large mass, stable but poor; Plan: DVM Exam, oncall rec. for pain meds and abx, medical monitoring
