Very large MGT on left caudal most mammary gland, approx 7cm, multilobulated, pendulous, non ruptured or ulcerated. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, fair hair coat; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Rectal: normal externally. skin tag to the right of anus; Assessment: MGT; geriatric; endentulous; skin tag; nuclear sclerosis; epiphora; CBC: NSF; low Neut 2.92 (2.95-11.64) Chem: NSF; Prognosis: fair; Plan: 2 view CXR, lateral AXR to check for mets; cbc/chem; NH to place with rescue; SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to age
