Observed Behavior – Objective ; T =; P = wnl; R = wnl; BCS 4/9; EENT: OU epiphora and nuclear sclerosis, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted; Oral Exam: endentulous; PLN: No enlargements note; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: FI. Very large MGT on left caudal most mammary gland, approx 7cm, multilobulated, pendulous, non ruptured or ulcerated. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, fair hair coat; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Rectal: normal externally. skin tag to the right of anus; Assessment: MGT; geriatric; endentulous; skin tag; nuclear sclerosis; epiphora; CBC: NSF; low Neut 2.92 (2.95-11.64) Chem: NSF; Prognosis: fair; Plan: 2 view CXR, lateral AXR to check for mets; cbc/chem; NH to place with rescue; SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to age
