Scan negative History : Stray Subjective: Allows initial exam, but struggles, squeals and gets very tense for vaccines and blood draw Objective BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: OU: Areas of white corneal scarring and pigment keratitis on the dorsal region of the cornea, plus conjunctival injection – no discharge. Ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Moderate dental tartar with gingival recession. PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Tense, no masses palpated U/G: Male intact, testicles S/S MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: 1. Dental disease 2. Corneal scarring – R/O prominent globes vs. healed ulcers vs. glaucoma vs. other Plan 1. Recommend dental cleaning in the near future, extractions will likely be needed 2.
