Medical Summary Scan : 985112002254353 Sex: neutered Approx 8yr S/O: BARH, nuceal sclerosis OU. Dental disease 2/4. Very frim round smooth mass on bridge of nose/maxilla left of midline. Ventrum is dry, mild scaling, 2-3 epidermal collarettes on cranial ventrum. A: Geriatric underlying, pyoderma, likely secondary to underlying allergies. Nasal mass, Ddx: neoplasia vs inflammatory/infectious vs traumatic. P: Start bendryl, rimadyl, and cephalexin. Recomend NH placement, should have geriatric minimum database. If mass is unresponsive to anitbiotics, nasal endoscopy w/ biopsy, and diagnostic imaging maybe indicated. PROGNOSIS: GOOD
