Medical Summary S/O: brought in by Queens location SKIN: reddened skin. live fleas EENT: severe dental tartar, OU dried corneas, dried fur matted on eyes, likely no vision ABN: SNP H/L:no m/a, possible increased lung sounds ABN: SNP UROGEN: FI, no MGTs M/S: amb x4, BCS 3/5 A: OU: r/o severe KCS, other fleas reddened skin secondary to fleas severe dental dz P: cleaned eyes with saline flush, applied lubricating drops start on erythromycin OU BID x10days, then consider STT test Applied Activyl recheck fleas and eyes in 3 days ideally rec cbc/chem/t4/ua/fecal OPG as general health screen prognosis: poor for eyes; but may be able to have good QOL even without sight as long as eyes kept moist and treated
