F~ 12 years (no spay scar seen or palpated; abdomen distended and uncomfortable) Ears dirty Eyes cloudy Nose, throat clear teeth deeply stained, heavy tarter, missing teeth, halitosis. Straining to urinate; blood in urine reported by intake personnel. Coat dirty and matted along lower spine and anogenital region. Ambx4 Nails long and twisted to sides of paw. Became agitated during trim and not completed. Seen by vet 0844.
