BEHAVIOR: Basic Information: Celia looks to be a 10 year old small white and brown female dog who was found on the street and brought to the ACC as a stray.
How is this dog around strangers? When meeting the staff at the ACC Celia was very sweet she allowed the staff to pet and pick her up with no problems.
Behavior Notes: During Intake Celia was friendly and outgoing. She allowed the counselor to pick her up collar her and take her picture with no problems.
Playgroup: Celia was surrendered as a stray so her past behavior with other dogs is unknown. 12/2: When off leash at the Care Center, Celia briefly greets a group of small male and female dog before exploring the pens.
