A volunteer writes: There are so many reasons to hail Ceaser! As far as looks go, he would fit in right alongside the sculpture of his namesake at the Louvre: he is solid, has the best smile, looks like he’s made of velvet AND has the cutest light pink spots under his nose. He was surrendered to us for being too active for his family’s lifestyle, but they provided lots of positive information about him. He lived with a 3 month old and a 2 year old (he was tolerant with them but maybe not super aware of his size!), played gently with the Min Pin and other Pitbull he lived with, (he has done well in our playgroups, too!) and was tolerant and respectful of the 3 cats in the home (Ceaser and I encountered a stray on one of our walks and he remained cool as a cucumber!). He liked to follow his owner around the house, is very housebroken (he seems it, and one time showed me an adorable celebratory dance after he pooped!), LOVES to run with sticks, and already knows basic commands. He has been on his best behavior with volunteers here at the care center, and we all marvel at how nicely he walks. When I take him in the yard, he loves to play fetch, will prop his paws on the fence to greet admirers on the other side, and sprawls out like a frog. He is super friendly, waggy, playful, affectionate and engaging…HAIL, CEASER! Or better yet, just come meet him at Brooklyn ACC!
