Medical Summary Animal came into the facility tranquililzed. Animal had sustain a dart wound to the L shoulder region. Dart was removed and area was shaved and cleaned with Novasan and water. Microchip: Scan positive# 985121011266587 Sex:Spayed Age:5 yrs old Mentation: Sedated Eyes: Dazed. Has a cherry eye within the R eye. Ears:Down. May have a slight to mild ear infection coming on. Nose:Moist Teeth:Mild dental staining. If abnormal BCS:N/A Skin:Has pyoderma within stomach region leading down to inner leg region. Hair Coat:Okay Declawed:N/A Any injuries:N/A Behavior: Questionable due to the nature of the situation. Medication:N/A Nosf
