Stray, severe skin disease, esp ventral neck, legs; facial folds. emaciated, ravenous appetite. smells like malasezzia, calm, Evidence of Cruelty seen – yes, neglect P = 100 R = wnl BCS 1/9 EENT: havey purulent ocular d/c, otitis Oral Exam: retained decid teeth, heavy dental tartar PLN: grape sized mass in area of left SMLN H/L: hm 2/6 ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: intact fmale MSI: Ambulatory x 4, severe skin disease, see above CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: malazezzia dermatitis, otitis, conjucntivitis, intertrigo, HM, undernourishment, mass ventral neck Plan: clavamox 62.5 mg bid otibiotic and tab bid a 14 d gradual weight gain needs malaseb baths Prognosis: fair SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to bcs, skin
