09/30/2016 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Carrie may be a skinny little thing, but her personality is BIG, just like her heart. She looks to have missed a few meals and had a few babies in her time, but nothing dampens her innocent puppy-like enthusiasm for life. Whether she’s meeting new people, playing with doggie pals, exploring the park or just sharing a stand-up hug with a friend, her frantically wagging tail is always a happy blur. A real little lady who walks nicely on leash, seems house trained and knows all her commands (come, sit, stay), she even takes treats surprisingly gently for a hungry pup. Of course, the minute I crouch down to her level she launches herself at my lap for snuggles and a pocket-snuffling search for more food! A funny goofball with great looks, an eager mind and lots of loving affection to offer, this brindle beauty truly is a ‘full package’ pet who’d make any family proud. Check your watch and I think you’ll find it’s Carrie’s time for TLC–she’s earned it and she’s ready to collect today!
