A volunteer writes:
Cardyn’s winsome face is a perfect reflection of her heart; beautiful, open to love and anxious to please. She arrived with her sisters Cherish (A1064841) and Carina (A1064851), three lovely damsels in distress found with no one but each other for company yet all just as sweet as can be. Though the girls seem to be around the same age Cardyn acts like the eldest sister, the protective one who’s always on the alert for threats to her and her kin. Whether patrolling the perimeter of our backyard pen or observing the goings-on of the neighborhood, she notices every sight, smell and sound and thoroughly investigates each one. But she’s also a girl after my own heart and once the treats come out her focus is solely on nom nom nomming them down as fast (yet gently) as possible. A good leash walker, seemingly house trained and very easy to handle, Cardyn is happy to feel the love from her people but seems less comfortable when interacting with other dogs so slow introductions to potential four-legged friends are a must. It’s not easy being ‘the responsible one’ and this former teen Mom would love a chance to just relax and enjoy life, free from want and pampered like the Princess she was always meant to be. Can Cardyn count on you to make that dream come true?
