Medical Behavior: Orange, Sex: Neutered Male, Age: 2 years, Weight: 66 lbs
DVM Intake Exam; Estimated age: ~2-3 years; Microchip noted on Intake? negative; History : seized by police-RTO ; Subjective: BARH; Observed Behavior – was able to get out of cage but tense, alligator rolls, and whale eyes with hackles up. Had to rope muzzle and very head she but did not lunge or try to bite; Objective ; P = wnl ; R = eupneic ; BCS 5/9; EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted; Oral Exam: limited oral exam due to muzzle; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupneic; ABD: tense, Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: MN; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat; CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Assessment: Apparently healthy ; Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC; Rec behavioral eval; Prognosis: Excellent; SURGERY: neutered
