A volunteer writes: Regal, elegant, gorgeous, playful and snuggly…..Camilla wears a rich chocolate brown coat, shiny and clean, her long legs give her the appearance of a thoroughbred horse, and she’s fun, snuggly and smart. Camilla was left with someone and her person never came back for her. We’re told that she’s housetrained (she went potty as soon as we were out the door), played nicely with the 10 year old in the home, and knows ‘sit’ (she showed off her sit), ‘down’, ‘stay’ and ‘come’. Camilla pulls on her leash so will need some leash training, but she loves treats and she’s smart so will learn quickly with some positive reinforcement training. She play bowed to me, loved playing with a plush toy and didn’t guard it, and lay her head on my lap for some petting leaning in for optimum closeness. Gorgeous with a lively energy she approaches everything with enthusiasm and tail wags. She even gives kisses enthusiastically! Camilla is hoping for an active, fun and loving home where lots of play time and snuggles are on the daily ‘to do’ list.
