Callie
Hello, my name is Callie. My animal id is #9961. I am a desexed female tan dog at the Brooklyn Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 10 years old.
I came into the shelter as a owner surrender on 17-Oct-2017, with the surrender reason stated as person circumstance- job loss – (fired, laid off).
A Little Bit About Me…
A volunteer writes: Callie is a big ball of energy and fun! After quickly relieving herself outside, she’s all play play play. Her favorite game is fetch, and she’s like a wild woman chasing after the ball. Once she’s expended some energy, she’s happy to lay by your side admiring her ball. Callie is nothing but friendly, ready to greet everyone with a tail wag and a lick to the hand. She’s lived with two male dogs, and has been used as a social greeter dog here at the center. Callie would do best in a home without cats, however. Callie’s former owner describes her as playful, affectionate and even says she enjoys getting groomed. Callie is eagerly waiting for a buddy to play some fetch with her and take her for long walks around the neighborhood. Could that be you? Ask to meet her today!
