Attention seeking, allows all handling, playbowing Objective P = WNL R = WNL BCS 3/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Slight underbite, moderate dental tartar, mild gingivitis PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, very thin hair coat with minimal underlying dermatitis, overgrown nails (trimmed on intake) CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Generalized thin hair coat, underweight, underbite, dental disease — R/O malnutrition/neglect Plan: Rec medicated bath.
